Hi Rob
I'm not Lance but it (presume it's the one you mean) is in "The Organist's Collection Book 5" (Mayhew)

Yes, that's the piece I thought you meant that is in the Mayhew collection.
The Fanfare and various other works appear to be published by Novello (I didn't actually realize they were still around!) and there are free scores available to download from Werner Icking Music Archive, but I don't know if the Fanfare is there.
(The Mayhew volume was on offer at a budget price when I bought it just for this very piece, so is worth having) |

But to answer your request Rob, AJ is correct suggesting Novello and Co. who have a compendium of Lemmens works.
