Can anyone help with Barbara's question?
Quote:
I am trying to locate the anthem which starts something like this:-
"All on a ............. evening ........sheep... abroad...... the Lamb of God...."
I used to sing it in my church choir many years ago.
Thank you.

All In The April Evening by Hugh Roberton, composed for the Glasgow Orpheus Choir. Still in print as far as I know but not sure of publisher.

Thank you so much for helping me with my enquiry which has now been replied and answered and I have also been able to download it. Please pass on my sincere thanks to those kind people who also helped to answer my question. The reason why I wanted this anthem is so I can teach it to our school choir as I know they will be able to sing it well. Our choir is well renowned - we toured the UK in 2003 ( http://www.sierra-leone.org/penfolddiary0803.html ) at the end of which we sang in Westminister Abbey!

Once again, many thanks and I send love from all the pupils and staff here at the Milton Margai School for the Blind .

God bless.

Barbara.
