I suppose that it depends exactly what you want, and how much you want to pay. At one extreme, Kevin Mayhew's sell some very nice (and very expensive) processional candles. At the other end of the spectrum, we've used a votive candle held in a holder made from a circle of cardboard with a hole to fit the candle. You hold the bottom of the candle and the cardboard catches the wax. This can be 'refined' with some tinfoil around the base of the candle. Oterwise, I expect a small craft workshop (see your local farmer's market) could make you something.
