I have it on good authority that Andrew Nethsingha has been appointed to the top job at St.John's
Anyone want to back me up on this _________________ The older I get, the better I was. |

A superb choice IMHO
But can someone explain the last line of this comment off the BBC messageboard?
I'm afraid it went straight over my head
Mr Nethsingha, Senior, distinguished erstwhile Organist and Master of the Choristers at Exeter Cathedral, must be very proud. He will be able to see and hear his son conduct 'anthems' such as Aaron Copland's 'In the Beginning', by availing himself of local transport. Though, on reflection, it might prove difficult to smuggle a female into the back row of St John's choir.
