Hmmm - one favourite? I can only give several:
Stanford - For Lo, I raise up
Bairstow - Lord, thou hast been our refuge
Bainton - And I saw a new Heaven
Elgar - Give unto the Lord
Bairstow - Let all mortal flesh keep silence
S S Wesley - Blessed be the God and Father
And that's just the "big" ones. There are some lovely small anthems, like:
Tallis - O nata lux
Purcell - Thou knowest Lord (Z58)
John. |

No favorites but two that I'd love to perform (and haven't....can you believe it!) are In exitu Israel (S.Wesley) and The Wilderness (S.S.Wesley)

I'm managing so far, and it doesn't seem to be too much of a strain. Does it have redeeming qualities? |

Again, tricky.
Some possibilties:
R V Williams - Lord, thou hast been our refugee
Bairstow - Let all mortal
Finzi's "Lo, the full final" - must get credit for the bizarre presence of a Pelican! |
