Hi there,
We're just about to launch a kids' choir at my church in the autumn. We are recruiting from the local area and need a cool name for the choir which will get children through the door. My church's name is 'St. Michael and All Angels' but somehow 'St. Michael and All Angels Junior Choir' doesn't sound too grabbing, and our present choir is already called St. Michael's Choir! Any ideas?? |

How young? What about "The Angel Choir"?

Thanks John. We're initially going to primary schools, but also thinking about years 7 & 8. I think there may be some mileage in an Angel related theme, but not sure how it would go down with lower secondary age boys?? |

Well Heth, I think a certain type of secondary school boy might like that name quite a lot! _________________ There's more to life than Rutter |

'tsk!
What is the reason for a "Junior" choir? I would consider boys (and girls) at secondary school old enough for full choir responsibilities.

Hi
How about .... ''Angelicus'' - The youth of St.Michaels...
-
-Youre still playing with the angel theme...and maybe cool enough to attractive younger members ..
anyway good luck in your quest .... |
